We tell ourselves we’re not doing enough
The truth is, we’re in a society where success can be at the cost of our mental and physical well-being.
We were told if we “just worked hard”, our work would “show for itself”. What if the ‘keep your head down and work hard’ attitude wasn’t actually in our favor?
We over give and let ourselves put everyone else before us (including their opinions). Our dreams, goals and vision take a backseat to ‘getting sh*t done’.
Strategy and planning get your brain ready, but your body can feel behind. The good news is you CAN learn to bring it on board and reprogram your nervous system.
